The challenge
A committed roadmap, two engineers short, and a hiring process running at three months a seat. Previous contract hires had shipped work that the in-house team then spent weeks reviewing and rewriting, so the team had stopped trusting outside help.

The outcome
The pod worked inside the client's stand-ups and repository while quality control and line management stayed with us. The in-house team stopped acting as a review bottleneck and went back to their own roadmap.
